White Truffles Are Done for the Season

Every Fall, if they are good, Chef Dan offers the famous White Truffles of Piemonte, the finest in Italy and very rare. Former Owner and Founder Gianni Fassio will be inspecting shipments from Asti to guarantee quality. This year there was no rain in August and precious few truffles coming out of the ground. Most of them are from central Italy as well, from Tuscany to the Marche to Campania.
