Summer Cooking Class Schedule:

*Saturday, October 18, Region: Piemonte

We will have two more cooking classes this year, including October's class. The next class will be in November and be an Italian Thanksgiving class!!


The next cooking classes will be themed by the different regions of Italy.

Palio will be doing one class a month, on a Saturday, the fee for all classes is $65.00 per person. All classes are taught by Chef/Owner Dan Scherotter and Pastry Chef Mimi Young. Class starts at 1pm and lasts until around 4. All chefs-to-be wear comfortable clothes, closed toe/closed heel shoes, and cook up a storm! After the cooking is done, everyone sits for a family style meal of the 'fruits' of their labor. Wine Director and General Manager Juli Gregg pairs wines for each class and answers any wine questions. Chefs be prepared to work! This is NOT a demonstration style class and is always a good time!
