Devil’s Food Cake layered with vanilla rum bavarian, caramel, and bananas, finished with whipped cream and shaved bittersweet chocolate
Mocha Roca
Vanilla Chiffon Cake lightly soaked with amaretto, layered with espresso mousse and house made almond toffee, finished with dark chocolate buttercream, and toasted sliced almonds
Limone
Lemon Chiffon Cake layered with lemon crème and raspberry preserves, finished with white chocolate buttercream and white chocolate shavings
